About the Team
Streamlining the title and escrow process is one of the key goals and areas of focus in our current work. The Opendoor product team is seeking a Senior Product Manager on our Title and Escrow team to help define and build better and faster ways for us to deliver a flawless title and escrow experience to home buyers and sellers. Since title and escrow is foundational to both buying and selling a home, you will work to build features which will impact every customer and almost every internal operating group. Product solutions will span both customer facing apps and internal operator apps. You will work closely with the engineering and design teams to define solutions for level workflows, business goals, and product feedback. You will own these solutions from definition, through engineering handoff and testing, as well as reporting on their impact and use.

Role Responsibilities
- Define title and escrow product roadmap, set metrics that inform the success of efforts, and drive cross-functional efforts to achieve successIdentify and understand from the right set of quantitative and qualitative metrics the opportunities
- Opendoor should be focussing on to make the maximum impact with customers and operators in the title and escrow space
- Collaborate with data science, engineering, operations, user research to ship for maximum impact and quick learning
- Lead efforts in creating artifacts, memos which will help the cross functional team arrive at a shared vision and also act as modes of communication about the plans of the Trust and Safety product team across the organization.
- Support the release cycle by defining functionality and decomposing features into implementable parts. Then testing features and providing feedback to engineering on what issues to prioritize.
- Translate complex business process and requirements into operational workflows that can be executed in our products
Skills Needed
- 5 - 8 years of product management experience. Strong analytical skills, experience with setting up A/B tests
- Exceptional prioritization and project management skills
- Excellent communication skills: Written, verbal, and visual
- Demonstrated capabilities executing end-to-end quantitative and qualitative customer research and effectively identifying and interpreting key findings
- Demonstrated ability to work closely and effectively with data science, engineering, user research and different business functions
- Self-starter and ability to build programs from scratchKnack for balancing multiple projects at the same time
- Self-driven and motivated to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
For CO Residents Only, and in accordance with C.R.S. Sec. 8-5-101 et seq., the estimated base salary range for this role is $115,000 - $203,000 per year. The estimated range is meant to reflect an anticipated salary range for the position in question based upon market data and other factors, all of which are subject to change. Individual pay is based upon location, skills and expertise, experience, and other relevant factors.
