ABOUT THE ROLE

Your role will be to build innovative and marketing-leading solutions that solve our customer’s problems, with regards to seeing, spending, saving and sharing their money, as well as managing their profile with Varo via the app. Autonomy is a necessity as you will be trusted with making decisions that count.

WHAT YOU'LL DO

• Own and shape the roadmap for features that you own, and influence Executive stakeholders to buy-in to your vision
• Collaborate with design, engineering, data science, marketing, finance and risk to design and build solutions for the most critical customer problems
• Manage product launches with stakeholders across the business to ensure your features land seamlessly with customers and colleagues 
• Manage the P and L and overall performance for your features, ensuring that your product meets the targets that you set
• Get involved with industry meet-ups and associations to stay on top of new trends and best practices.
• Roll up your sleeves to remove barriers and obstacles hindering the team's ability to ship

• You have 5+ years of experience as a product manager
