About the role

As a Product Manager at Tinder, you will join an experienced team of product leaders within the Revenue Team at Tinder. Reporting directly to the Group Product Manager. You will contribute to building brand-new revenue subscription features and monetize experiences for millions of members globally!

Note, this role can also be located in Los Angeles, CA.

What You'll Do:

  • Understand Tinder’s strategic and competitive position and deliver world class experiences to our audience
  • Drive the product strategy for Subscription Growth and communicate your rationale to the Revenue Team and company partners.
  • Use data analytics, A/B testing, qualitative user research, and predictive modeling to optimize metrics, identify business opportunities, and craft the Revenue product roadmap.
  • Coordinate across design, engineering, analytics, and user research departments to implement innovative new features that result in revenue growth.
  • Learn the dynamics of the Tinder community, understand the psychology of our users, and identify their in-product needs.
  • You will clearly communicate your experiment roadmap, hypotheses and results, as appropriate, to a spectrum of audiences, from team members, PM peers and executives.
  • Drive innovation, definition, roadmap and design of A/B tests and product experiments to accelerate the growth of our active users and paid customers.

About You:

  • Self-starter: You have a bias towards action and are able to thrive in a fast-paced, and evolving work environment.
  • Analytical: You let data win arguments, and you’re comfortable pulling your own data in SQL or modeling in Excel.
  • Able to roll up your sleeves and go above and beyond to make things successful.
  • Problem solver: You can independently translate high-level goals into meaningful plans.

What You'll Need:

  • 5+ years of product management in a fast-growing consumer tech company, mobile games and or subscription business.
  • University degree, ideally with technical or business background or a mix of education and experience.
  • Experience working on revenue features, pricing and customer segmentation.
  • Strong product intuition and UX design sensibilities, with a desire to discover and fulfill the needs of users.
  • Experience defining metrics and making product and strategic decisions based on A/B testing and/or qualitative feedback.
  • The ability to assess the impact of a feature not only on end-users but also the platform it’s being built for.
