About the Role

We’re looking for a curious and high-impact marketer to join our HRIS product marketing team. Your work will be focused on becoming an HRIS market and audience expert, building educational materials for sales reps and target customers, and creating content that amplifies the Lattice story and differentiates us in our market. This is a critical product marketing role within a rapidly growing team.

What You Will Do

  • Conduct thorough market research to identify trends, competitor activities, and emerging opportunities, helping to refine product positioning and messaging
  • Gather and analyze customer insights and feedback to influence product development and enhance GTM positioning and messaging
  • Develop a deep understanding of the HRIS product and its unique value propositions to allow the sales team to sell confidently and to communicate product value to our target audience
  • Assist in the development and execution of the go-to-market plan for new product launches
  • Create compelling marketing collateral, including product messaging, presentations, case studies, social campaigns, webpages, and sales collateral
  • Monitor and analyze campaign performance, adjusting strategies as needed to achieve goals
  • Collaborate cross-functionally across the revenue organization (sales, customer success, relationship management, marketing, enablement, and leadership) to drive alignment and clarity

What You Bring to the Table

  • 2+ years of experience at a technology company—can include marketing, sales, customer support, research, operations, or any other relevant experience — non-traditional backgrounds welcome, and you don’t need a product marketing title to apply
  • Solid grasp in at least 2-3 foundational product marketing specialties including market research, competitive intelligence, customer interviewing, sales enablement, and copywriting
  • Experience with B2B SaaS business applications and/or HR technology a plus 
  • Demonstrated ability to work cross-functionally across a diverse range of teams
  • Analytical and metrics-driven, comfortable digging into primary and secondary data to identify relevant insights
  • You are highly curious, eager to learn, and have a growth mindset
  • Passion and ability to work in a fast-paced, 0-to-1 environment

 

The estimated annual cash salary for this role is $60,250 - $94,000. This position is also eligible for incentive stock options, subject to the terms of Lattice’s applicable plans.
