US - Remote

Lattice is looking for a creative and experienced Director of Growth Marketing to optimize our sales funnel and customer journey to find new sources of pipeline growth for the company.  Reporting to the CMO, you will play a pivotal role in driving the company's revenue growth and market expansion. The person in this role will be responsible for finding new sources of pipeline generation and improving the conversion rate throughout the funnel from lead to closed/won. 

You will establish and implement scalable growth initiatives, driving business growth and ensuring the achievement of our revenue objectives and creating a culture of testing and learning. What You Will Do:

  • Define and refine the company's growth marketing strategy, with a focus on optimization of conversion rates through the funnel and new sources of pipeline generation for the sales team.
  • Build, manage, and inspire a high-performing growth marketing team.
  • Experiment with new demand generation strategies that can generate new pipeline, utilizing channels such as digital advertising, content marketing, SEO/SEM, email marketing, social media, events, and partnerships.
  • Drive customer acquisition efforts by optimizing lead generation funnels, developing targeted campaigns, and employing marketing automation and conversion rate optimization tactics.
  • Optimize the conversion rate of landing pages and the website to increase the number of meetings for the sales team.
  • Foster strong partnerships with demand generation, sales development, sales, product marketing, corporate marketing, and other cross-functional teams to align marketing initiatives with business objectives, ensuring seamless execution and ongoing collaboration.
  • Focus on North America as well as EMEA.
  • Develop and deliver regular reporting to company leadership, highlighting key marketing performance metrics, growth opportunities, and progress towards revenue targets.

What You Will Bring to the Table

  • Proven experience in growth marketing, with a strong track record of successfully leading and scaling marketing teams in a multi-product SaaS company
  • Deep understanding of digital marketing channels, including SEO/SEM, social media, content marketing, email marketing, and marketing automation.
  • Proficiency in leveraging data analytics and marketing technology platforms to drive insights and optimize marketing initiatives.
  • Strategic thinker with the ability to translate business goals into actionable marketing strategies.
  • Strong leadership and communication skills, with the ability to influence and collaborate with cross-functional teams.
  • Analytical mindset, with the ability to make data-driven decisions and measure marketing effectiveness.
  • Exceptional organizational skills and ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously in a fast-paced environment.
  • Interest in the HR Tech space is a bonus, but not required.

The estimated annual cash salary for this role is $125,250 - $208,750. This position is also eligible for incentive stock options, subject to the terms of Lattice’s applicable plans.
