Coupa, a company offering agentic spend management software, was recently named a leader in The Forrester Wave: Supplier Value Management report for Q4 2026. The report evaluated 10 providers across 36 criteria, and Coupa scored highly in several areas, including supplier onboarding, intake and risk management, collaboration, guided procurement, orchestration, category and lifecycle management and procure-to-pay analytics.

The company’s platform combines intelligent insight and automation throughout the source-to-pay process. It helps organizations connect strategy, sourcing, contracts, procurement and invoice-to-pay in one place; pinpoint supplier risk early; and capture requests across systems and route them for approval. It also lets customers build and manage their own AI agents and connect them to the rest of their tech stack.

“Leaders in finance and procurement have to protect total margin and stay resilient at the same time, and that’s hard when a request passes through a pile of disconnected systems,” Salvatore Lombardo, Coupa’s chief product and technology officer, said in a statement. “We built Coupa so intake, orchestration and agents work in one process, grounded in our network data, and customers can start with the problem that matters most and add more when they’re ready. That’s how you get to operational excellence: fewer gaps, more control and results you can measure.”
