Motive, a company offering solutions to make physical operations safer and more efficient, announced the appointment of its new chief marketing officer. Andrew Bennett joins the company to lead brand, demand generation, communications and product marketing initiatives.

Bennett has over two decades of marketing and sales leadership experience, having most recently served as CMO at Elementum, an AI workflow orchestration company. Motive serves customers in industries like construction, field service, manufacturing, energy and agriculture with a platform for managing workers, vehicles, equipment and fleet-related spend. Bennett’s appointment comes as the company sees significant growth, exceeding $600 million in annual recurring revenue.

“Andrew joins Motive at our strongest moment yet, with our AI delivering real results for customers every day,” Thomas Hansen, Motive’s go-to-market president, said in a statement. “He’s a proven enterprise leader who knows how to build a category-defining brand and a growth engine to match. That’s exactly what we need to bring Motive to more of the companies that keep the world moving.”
