The Senior Accountant manages daily accounting operations, cash transactions, AP payments, reconciliations, journal entries, fixed assets, prepaid expenses, lease accounting, accruals, and month- and quarter-end close activities. The role supports financial reporting, cash forecasting, audits, SOX compliance, internal controls, and process improvements while partnering with Finance, Procurement, Human Resources, and Operations. This is a hybrid position requiring at least one day per week in the office.

Directs R&D IT business partnering and technology roadmap execution across clinical, regulatory, safety, laboratory, manufacturing, quality, supply, facilities, and medical affairs functions. Owns assigned platforms, integrations, validation, security, data integrity, vendors, budgets, and project teams. Leads BLA and inspection-readiness workstreams, supports commercial transition, advances data and AI governance, and ensures regulated systems meet lifecycle, compliance, operational, and launch objectives.

Provides transactional legal counsel to clinical, manufacturing, supply chain, medical affairs, and other biotechnology stakeholders. Leads drafting, negotiation, and execution of clinical trial, CRO, vendor, CDMO, supply, manufacturing, quality, technology transfer, and other agreements. Advises on risk allocation, indemnification, intellectual property, data rights, confidentiality, regulatory compliance, and disputes. Supports legal policies, templates, contract lifecycle management, outside counsel, and cross-functional initiatives.

Serves as a hands-on technology leader for G&A business systems, supporting procurement, legal, finance, HR, and facilities applications. Owns configuration, enhancements, integrations, testing, security administration, compliance, and outsourced support coordination. Builds AI and workflow automation solutions, improves business processes, supports SOX and ITGC controls, and partners with stakeholders on scalable enterprise applications and digital transformation.
