Build and lead Absci’s regulatory affairs, ethics and compliance, privacy, and government affairs functions. Develop FDA and international regulatory strategies, manage agency interactions and submissions, oversee audits and investigations, and establish GDPR-ready data governance, privacy-by-design, vendor due diligence, and breach response programs. Partner with Legal, Quality, IT, Clinical, Engineering, Product, executives, and the Board to embed compliance across the company.

Independently leads end-to-end operational execution of global Phase II–III clinical trials from startup through closeout. Manages CROs, vendors, investigator sites, study plans, recruitment, retention, budgets, documentation, risk mitigation, and regulatory compliance. Oversees eCOA systems, TMF quality, operational reporting, and data-quality activities while collaborating with legal, finance, and cross-functional stakeholders. Requires strong clinical trial management expertise, GCP and regulatory knowledge, analytical skills, and the ability to manage complex studies autonomously.

Develop and deploy AI and deep learning models for antibody drug design, including test-time compute strategies, multi-objective optimization, target-specific design, and protein structure prediction. Analyze in silico and in vitro validation results, improve design methodologies, publish high-impact research, collaborate across computational and experimental teams, and communicate findings to interdisciplinary audiences.

Develop and deploy deep learning models for AI-guided antibody drug discovery and target identification. Design experiments, build systems biology models, and create in silico and in vitro validation approaches. Collaborate with biological and wet-lab teams, present findings, publish high-impact research, and mentor scientists and engineers.
