Own the reliability of mobile marketing instrumentation and integrations across iOS and Android. Implement and debug attribution, analytics, engagement, and advertising SDKs; maintain event, identity, consent, deep-linking, and conversion flows; validate downstream delivery; automate testing and monitoring; and troubleshoot discrepancies across apps, data platforms, attribution providers, and ad platforms. Collaborate with Mobile Engineering, Data Engineering, Marketing, and vendors to deliver integrations end to end.

Leads company-wide strategic sourcing, procurement, third-party management, category strategy, vendor negotiations, intake workflows, spend analytics, RFPs, and supplier risk oversight. Partners cross-functionally with Finance, IT, Engineering, InfoSec, Legal, Compliance, Marketing, Product, and Operations. Manages one team member and drives cost savings, commercial value, operational reliability, and regulatory alignment across third-party spend.

Processes high-volume investment operations cases, including account updates, asset transfers, ACH disputes, rollovers, account reviews, and legal levy inquiries. Supports account security investigations, verifies documentation, resolves customer issues, and protects against fraud. Communicates with customers, collaborates with Advisors, Risk, and other teams, and helps improve operational workflows. Flexible availability may include evenings, weekends, and holidays.
