Manage and grow existing higher-education and state/local government accounts to drive renewals and upsells. Own account strategy, onboard customers, coordinate procurement and internal teams, mitigate escalations, forecast renewals, and maintain CRM and customer-success tools to ensure subscription renewal and account growth.

Lead design and implementation of agentic AI workflows and integrations for Acquia DAM. Build, ship, and observe production AI features (auto-tagging, search, governance), set AI engineering standards, evaluate models and tooling, mentor engineers, and represent AI architecture to product and customers.

The role requires a digital marketer to create and share compelling content demonstrating Acquia products to non-Drupal audiences, build community engagement, and present at industry events.
