Manages the Oakland office’s daily operations, facilities, vendors, supplies, budget, front-of-house services, events, and employee experience. Provides executive administrative support including complex calendar management, travel coordination, expense reporting, meeting coordination, and confidential leadership materials. Oversees office onboarding, policies, building relationships, and service providers while maintaining a professional, safe, and organized workplace. Requires onsite work two to three days weekly and occasional lifting up to 25 pounds.

Lead end-to-end delivery of utility-scale solar PV and BESS projects from preconstruction handoff through commercial operation. Own project plans, budgets, schedules, EPC execution, procurement, utility/GIA coordination, safety/quality systems, and stakeholder communications while managing and mentoring project staff and reporting project health to executives.

Lead the technical strategy for optimizing utility-scale solar-plus-storage systems, set modeling and dispatch standards, govern PV performance and BESS sizing, direct root-cause performance analysis, collaborate with cross-functional teams, and hire and develop an optimization engineering team to drive energy yield and financial return.

The SCADA Engineer will design, support EPC teams, ensure compliance, manage documentation and protocols, and troubleshoot automation for solar power plants.
