Leads Advocate Health’s enterprise Consumer Insights & Intelligence function, defining its strategy, operating model, and roadmap. Builds a high-performing insights organization and embeds consumer understanding into strategic planning, marketing, product development, experience design, and major initiatives. Oversees voice-of-consumer programs, brand health measurement, market intelligence, foresight, research standards, knowledge management, and insight activation while advising senior leaders and translating complex research and behavioral data into strategic recommendations.

Leads enterprise marketing analytics and decision science strategy, evolving reporting into diagnostic, predictive, and prescriptive decision support. Builds measurement frameworks using marketing mix modeling, attribution, experimentation, forecasting, and ROI analysis. Oversees data science, analytics engineering, business intelligence, and marketing data products while partnering with Finance, Marketing, Data, and Technology. Leads a multidisciplinary team and translates complex analysis into executive recommendations for investment optimization and growth.

Leads enterprise recruitment marketing and talent community strategy, developing segmented candidate journeys, nurture campaigns, lifecycle communications, and CRM workflows. Partners with Employer Brand, Talent Acquisition, marketing, digital, HR, and technology teams to improve candidate engagement, conversion, and hiring outcomes. Oversees campaign planning, optimization, analytics, dashboards, reporting, governance, and continuous improvement across talent segments.

Manages enterprise major incident management and service restoration, directing incident command, escalations, stakeholder communications, and cross-functional resolution efforts. Oversees project implementation schedules, staffing, vendors, budgets, service-level agreements, and technology integration. Governs incident processes, metrics, post-incident reviews, corrective actions, readiness, training, and operational resilience while supervising staff and coordinating disaster recovery, business continuity, and cybersecurity integration.

Supports Apptio TBM capabilities through configuration, maintenance, enhancements, issue resolution, data management, reporting, and quality controls. Collects and analyzes benchmark data, defines business requirements, maps processes, and partners with IT, business units, consultants, and stakeholders to solve technology-related business problems. Supports social media and external communications through content creation, community monitoring, graphic and video development, copywriting, press materials, research, campaign support, and reputation-building initiatives. The intern creates content for multiple platforms, adapts messaging for audiences, assists with communications plans and events, and supports reporting and administrative tasks. The role is remote and intended for an incoming college junior or senior studying communications, public affairs, marketing, brand, digital content, or a related field.

Supports recruitment, resume screening, interview scheduling, candidate communications, onboarding, employee engagement, record maintenance, HR reporting, data analysis, process improvement, documentation, and general HR administration. The intern gains practical experience with core HR functions, HR systems, and employee initiatives while working remotely with the People and Culture team.

Provides hands-on IT and HRIS support for hardware, software, applications, servers, printers, and network systems. Responsibilities include troubleshooting technical issues, performing updates and backups, researching bugs and hosting options, supporting system conversions and recovery procedures, tracking service desk interactions, analyzing data integrity and system effectiveness, and assisting with application and infrastructure development. The intern also provides basic user support while meeting service desk performance standards.

Finance and accounting intern supporting budgeting, financial analysis, cost accounting, revenue cycle operations, charge reconciliation, reporting, and variance analysis. The role uses Excel to automate processes, investigates billing and financial discrepancies, assists with budgets and pricing, extracts and analyzes data, and supports administrative and revenue cycle projects. This is a remote internship for junior or senior undergraduate students.

Own the CRM governance product domain, strategy, roadmap, operating model, platform evolution, backlog, KPIs, and delivery outcomes. Lead governance for campaign execution, messaging standards, lifecycle processes, and channel usage across the enterprise. Partner with technology, privacy, legal, security, analytics, and marketing teams while leading and developing Product Managers or Product Strategists.
