Manage global brand and PR programs from planning through execution, including integrated campaigns across digital, PR, and social channels. Coordinate timelines, resources, stakeholders, agencies, and vendors while maintaining brand governance and messaging consistency. Partner with marketing, product, engineering, studio, and social teams to deliver campaigns, launches, events, and creative assets. Incorporate generative AI into creative workflows, track measurable impact, conduct retrospectives, and improve processes.

Lead development of AI-integrated, streaming customer interfaces and backend Java services. Build dynamic Vue/Preact components, architect agentic AI workflows and zero-trust guardrails, ensure production reliability, reduce latency, mentor engineers, and collaborate with product to deliver secure financial user experiences.

Advise Adyen’s payments and product partnership teams across the Americas. Structure, draft, and negotiate strategic infrastructure partnership agreements with card networks, payment methods, financial institutions, and technology partners. Counsel cross-functional teams on regulatory, contractual, privacy, data security, consumer protection, and operational risks. Develop scalable deal resources, interpret partner and network rules, and provide practical guidance supporting product development, market expansion, and commercial strategy.

Performs KYC, CDD, and EDD reviews for merchant onboarding, including analyzing customer information, verifying documentation, assessing anti-money-laundering and payment risks, and documenting organizational changes. Guides merchants through onboarding, advises internal teams, supports process improvements and workflow automation, and aligns risk assessments with global teams. The role requires strong analytical judgment, communication, integrity, cross-functional collaboration, and a risk-based approach.

Own the vision, strategy, and execution of Adyen’s AI assistant for merchants. Define agentic capabilities, safety standards, and quality metrics; ship customer-facing functionality; enable product teams to contribute capabilities; and lead cross-functional collaboration across product, design, engineering, analytics, commercial, marketing, and legal. Use customer research and data to drive adoption, business impact, and simpler experiences across complex payment operations.

Design, productionize, and operate machine learning models and rule-based decision systems for credit underwriting. Build scalable pipelines for feature engineering, training, validation, deployment, monitoring, and continuous improvement. Optimize model performance, collaborate with software, credit, product, risk, and data teams, and promote strong engineering and MLOps practices across production ML systems.

Negotiate complex, multi-jurisdictional commercial agreements for payment, data, and financial services products. Provide strategic legal advice to sales, account management, product, and regulatory teams; advise on contract interpretation and early-stage disputes; identify and mitigate legal risks; develop negotiation playbooks; train commercial teams; and support legal automation and contracting-process improvements.

Leads Adyen’s Americas Customer Due Diligence function, overseeing approximately 45 employees and five managers across onboarding and ongoing reviews. The role develops regional CDD strategy, manages complex escalations, partners with Compliance, Commercial, Product, Legal, and Operations, improves scalable processes and automation, ensures regulatory alignment, and drives team growth and performance across multiple locations.

Own the strategy, roadmap, and execution of Adyen’s Capital financing products. The role involves understanding customer needs, delivering scalable and highly automated platform capabilities, defining success metrics, and collaborating with Engineering, Product, Design, Finance, Operations, Regulatory, and Compliance teams. The Senior Product Manager will drive global product growth, apply experimentation and AI-first approaches, and translate technical complexity into customer and business outcomes.

Conduct full-cycle technical recruiting for North American Tech and Product teams, including sourcing, interviewing, offer negotiation, and onboarding support. Develop recruiting strategies, engage passive candidates, cultivate strong candidate relationships, and promote inclusive hiring practices. Use analytics and market knowledge to improve hiring outcomes while partnering with hiring teams and global Talent Acquisition colleagues.

Leads long-term strategy and commercial performance for Adyen’s Digital Content, Media and Communications vertical. Develops global go-to-market strategies, customer segmentation, revenue growth initiatives, and market expansion plans. Acts as a subject matter expert and voice of the customer, informing product prioritization, pricing, packaging, and commercial enablement. Monitors industry trends, emerging technologies, and regulatory changes while presenting strategic recommendations to senior stakeholders and representing Adyen publicly.

Manage Adyen’s North American corporate tax operations and international tax strategy, including federal income and withholding taxes, branch permanent-establishment profit attribution, transfer pricing coordination, audits, R&D credits, and tax legislation monitoring. Partner with global headquarters and cross-functional teams to support financial product innovation, develop scalable tax frameworks, advise business leaders, and maintain compliance across US, Canadian, and international tax matters.

Lead full-cycle recruiting for enterprise sales and GTM roles, especially Enterprise Account Executives and vertical sales specialists. Build passive talent pipelines, conduct market mapping, advise sales leaders, and drive intake and calibration sessions. Flex across Operations, Professional Services, and Orb hiring needs. Use recruiting data, market intelligence, AI, automation, and technology tools to improve processes. Mentor teammates and collaborate with HR, People, and Compensation teams.

Develop and implement regional pricing and monetization strategies across products and payment methods. Partner with sales, account management, product, finance, and regional leadership to turn pricing insights into initiatives. Drive adoption of pricing tools, support strategic deal pricing, monitor opportunities, and serve as the regional pricing expert. Deliver end-to-end projects, including pricing processes, tools, training, and implementation.

Own and scale Adyen’s North American PE/VC partnerships channel, managing major sponsors and portfolio-company referrals. Develop go-to-market strategies, engagement playbooks, co-selling motions, and value-creation business cases. Build executive relationships, drive payment optimization and embedded-finance adoption, track pipeline and revenue KPIs, coordinate cross-functional execution, and mentor commercial partnership managers.

Lead and develop a team of senior technology recruiters while creating and executing Adyen’s global technology talent acquisition strategy. Partner with executive technology, product, and HR leaders; oversee recruiting projects involving data, process improvement, DEI, employer branding, rewards, and candidate experience; use people analytics to improve hiring; and promote high-quality, inclusive, efficient recruitment practices.

Lead a team of Project Operations Managers in delivering customer solutions, driving process improvements, and managing global project initiatives while ensuring efficient implementation of Adyen's services.

Drive new business for Adyen in North America by generating qualified leads through outbound and inbound campaigns, setting sales meetings, researching accounts, partnering with Sales/Marketing, representing Adyen at events, and continually learning payments and fintech solutions to advance into enterprise sales roles.
