Manages regional and central leaders, scales programs, owns an eight-figure P&L, drives quality and growth, develops workflows and performance systems, manages health-plan relationships and compliance, and remains engaged in direct patient care and field operations.

The Controller will lead accounting for a rapidly scaling, multi-entity healthcare organization. Responsibilities include acquisition integration, audit readiness, consolidation, accrual accounting, ERP implementation, financial systems architecture, close optimization, revenue recognition, tax and regulatory filings, and management of a 10-person accounting team. The role will establish scalable processes, reporting structures, controls, and cross-functional partnerships across healthcare operations, billing, RCM, FP&A, and market leadership.
