Own and administer Workday Adaptive Planning while building financial planning capabilities. Lead budgeting and forecasting, perform variance analysis, develop financial models, and partner with business leaders on investments, resource allocation, risks, and growth decisions. The role also provides reporting, documentation, user access management, training, and ad hoc analysis in a fast-paced biotech environment.

Manages a portfolio of software development programs supporting new product development. Responsibilities include planning scope, schedules, resources, and budgets; coordinating software releases and cross-functional teams; tracking lifecycle progress; managing risks, issues, dependencies, stakeholders, and vendors; facilitating status meetings; and improving PMO processes and metrics in regulated environments.

Serve as NetSuite SME for Supply Chain, Manufacturing, and Finance. Maintain core records (Items, BOMs, Routings, Work Orders, Inventory, Vendors), support rollout/configuration of MRP/WMS/Advanced Manufacturing, perform system maintenance and troubleshooting, build reports/saved searches/dashboards, document SOPs, train users, and assist with testing and integrations.
