The Senior Accountant owns monthly and quarterly close activities, journal entries, reconciliations, consolidations, intercompany accounting, fixed assets, tax reporting, audits, SOX compliance, and public-company reporting. The role analyzes financial accounts, maintains internal controls, supports regulatory filings and system implementations, documents procedures, and partners with cross-functional teams to improve accounting processes and accuracy.

Execute multiplex assay and sample preparation workflows, support NGS library preparation and sequencing runs, operate laboratory instruments, review QC metrics and experimental data, maintain accurate records and sample traceability, manage samples and inventory, and collaborate with team members to complete client-sponsored research projects on schedule.

Performs multiplex assay execution, sample preparation, NGS library preparation, sequencing setup, laboratory instrument operation, data quality review, and routine troubleshooting. Maintains experimental records, sample traceability, inventory, and storage while collaborating with the Technology Access Program team to deliver client-sponsored research projects on schedule.

Design, execute, optimize, and analyze NULISA immunoassays across biological matrices. Troubleshoot experiments, perform root-cause analysis, and collaborate cross-functionally with R&D, Sales, and Marketing to deliver Technology Access Program projects on schedule.

Perform QC analytical and functional testing across raw materials, in-process, finished goods, and stability. Analyze data, review records, prepare QC standards/samples, lead investigations and nonconformance resolution, drive SOPs/validations, support method transfer and assay troubleshooting, and train junior analysts in an ISO 13485/GMP environment.

Hands-on lab role supporting product development and NPI through execution of V&V studies, QC method development, troubleshooting, data generation and analysis, documentation, SOPs, and transfers to manufacturing while collaborating with cross-functional teams to ensure quality and regulatory compliance.

Serve as NetSuite SME for Supply Chain, Manufacturing, and Finance. Maintain core records (Items, BOMs, Routings, Work Orders, Inventory, Vendors), support rollout/configuration of MRP/WMS/Advanced Manufacturing, perform system maintenance and troubleshooting, build reports/saved searches/dashboards, document SOPs, train users, and assist with testing and integrations.

Lead and deliver complex, cross-functional new product development programs for diagnostic/biotech products. Own program planning, budgets, risks, timelines, quality systems, regulatory interactions, and stakeholder communications. Mentor teams, produce executive reporting, and drive process and infrastructure improvements within a regulated environment to achieve program objectives.

Lead QC for NULISAseq antibody pool production: perform in-process and finished-goods QC, analyze complex NGS datasets, troubleshoot failures, author and execute controlled documents, support method qualification/transfer, and collaborate across Product Development, Quality, and Manufacturing to ensure release-ready products under ISO 13485/GMP standards.

Develop, scale, and sustain automated biological workflows on Alamar's ArgoHT and third-party liquid handlers. Partner cross-functionally to design, implement, and transfer automation processes, write and maintain automation code, run biological assays (NGS, PCR/qPCR, proteomics, immunoassays), and produce V&V, SOPs, and technical documentation for R&D and production.

Lead downstream product development and NPI activities: develop and validate QC methods and strategies, run V&V studies, transfer assays and reagents to manufacturing, create scalable production processes, troubleshoot early manufacturing runs, author SOPs and validation/transfer documentation, and drive root-cause and continuous improvement with cross-functional teams.

Own sales and revenue operations execution, including territory and compensation administration, Salesforce enhancement coordination, CRM data governance, sales training, pipeline hygiene, forecasting support, KPI reporting, order and backlog tracking, revenue reconciliation, contract monitoring, and new-hire systems provisioning. Partner cross-functionally with sales, finance, manufacturing, and logistics teams in a remote, scaling organization.

Design, build, and run a global commercial training and enablement program for sales, field applications, and commercial teams. Develop onboarding, product/scientific/sales curricula, create e-learning and live training, perform field enablement, coordinate cross-functionally, and measure training effectiveness to accelerate ramp time and commercial performance.
