Design, execute, optimize, and analyze NULISA immunoassays across biological matrices. Troubleshoot experiments, perform root-cause analysis, and collaborate cross-functionally with R&D, Sales, and Marketing to deliver Technology Access Program projects on schedule.

Lead and deliver complex, cross-functional new product development programs for diagnostic/biotech products. Own program planning, budgets, risks, timelines, quality systems, regulatory interactions, and stakeholder communications. Mentor teams, produce executive reporting, and drive process and infrastructure improvements within a regulated environment to achieve program objectives.

Lead QC for NULISAseq antibody pool production: perform in-process and finished-goods QC, analyze complex NGS datasets, troubleshoot failures, author and execute controlled documents, support method qualification/transfer, and collaborate across Product Development, Quality, and Manufacturing to ensure release-ready products under ISO 13485/GMP standards.

Design, build, and run a global commercial training and enablement program for sales, field applications, and commercial teams. Develop onboarding, product/scientific/sales curricula, create e-learning and live training, perform field enablement, coordinate cross-functionally, and measure training effectiveness to accelerate ramp time and commercial performance.

Execute and troubleshoot immunoassay experiments (e.g., ELISA), support reagent preparation and workflow automation, analyze and present assay data, maintain records and documentation, and collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to develop assays for new biomarker detection and improve quantitation capabilities.

Develop, scale, and sustain automated biological workflows on Alamar's ArgoHT and third-party liquid handlers. Partner cross-functionally to design, implement, and transfer automation processes, write and maintain automation code, run biological assays (NGS, PCR/qPCR, proteomics, immunoassays), and produce V&V, SOPs, and technical documentation for R&D and production.

Lead HR operations across the employee lifecycle including onboarding/offboarding, HRIS and payroll administration, benefits and leave management, compliance with California and federal employment laws, employee relations, performance management, immigration sponsorship, and employee engagement initiatives in a fast-growing biotech environment.

Perform and oversee reagent and antibody processing including conjugation and lyophilization, batch record review, production scheduling, training, troubleshooting, equipment maintenance, process transfers and validations, document control, and continuous improvement within ISO13485/cGMP manufacturing.

Lead downstream product development and NPI activities: develop and validate QC methods and strategies, run V&V studies, transfer assays and reagents to manufacturing, create scalable production processes, troubleshoot early manufacturing runs, author SOPs and validation/transfer documentation, and drive root-cause and continuous improvement with cross-functional teams.

Execute laboratory experiments, analytical assays, QC testing, and product characterization to evaluate NULISA product performance. Support lyophilization development, reagent formulation, stability and reconstitution testing, V&V studies, and product transfer/NPI activities. Maintain lab records, equipment, inventory, and ensure compliance with safety and quality standards while collaborating cross-functionally.

Build and maintain lakehouse ETL/ELT pipelines and data infrastructure (Delta/Unity Catalog). Design and ship AI-enabled automations and production AI agents (RAG, tool-calling, integrations). Write production Python and SQL, ensure observability, governance, and data quality, and collaborate with stakeholders to deliver measurable business and R&D value.
