Provides senior administrative support to the Seligman Investments team by managing calendars, meetings, expenses, invoices, presentations, travel, communications, office tasks, client reception, departmental programs, budgets, supplies, offsites, and events. The role requires proactive prioritization, strong communication, independent judgment, and proficiency with Microsoft Office. It is fully in-office in Menlo Park, Monday through Friday, with working hours from 6:30 a.m. to 3 p.m. PT.

Drive ETF sales by partnering with financial advisors across broker-dealer, RIA, private bank, and independent channels. Build and deepen advisor relationships, deliver product knowledge and competitor analysis, create sales approaches, and increase Columbia Threadneedle brand recognition and demand. Collaborate with intermediary wholesaling teams on territory planning, sales goals, and consultative selling. Identify client needs and provide investment and business solutions. Travel 10–20% of the time.
