Provide luxury client service, achieve individual sales goals and KPIs, build lasting client relationships, demonstrate expert product knowledge, and support boutique operations. Responsibilities include merchandising, inventory counts, merchandise preparation, housekeeping, issue resolution, asset protection, and communication across in-person, phone, and electronic channels. The role requires flexible availability for shifts, including nights, weekends, and holidays, as well as the ability to stand for extended periods and lift at least 30 pounds.

Oversee retail back-of-house operations, including merchandise receiving, inventory counts, reconciliation, order fulfillment, stockroom organization, and safety. Support sales associates with product location and questions, collaborate with store management, maintain accurate records, follow company policies, and perform keyholder opening and closing procedures. The role requires physical handling of merchandise, attention to detail, organization, and basic inventory math.
