Supports downstream process development for recovering target molecules from fermentation broths. Executes bench-scale separation and purification studies, analyzes process performance using mass balances and process KPIs, troubleshoots equipment and analytical issues, and supports pilot-scale operations and process transfers. Contributes to equipment and software implementation, laboratory infrastructure, safety and compliance, documentation, SOPs, batch records, and cross-functional continuous improvement initiatives.
