Lead NPI and manufacturing process development for opto-mechanical IMU/INS products: develop assembly and test processes, design fixtures, validate first articles, troubleshoot prototypes, transfer production to contract manufacturers, train CM personnel, and document processes to improve yield and cost.

Lead multiple hardware NPI programs from EVT/DVT/PVT through contract manufacturer transition. Own manufacturing readiness, yield and cost optimization, BOM and materials readiness, factory engagement, test/process qualification, and cross-functional issue resolution to ensure successful product launches and scalable production.
