Set technical direction org-wide, own highest-stakes architectural bets, lead the AI/agents rebuild, raise engineering standards, mentor senior engineers, and align teams with product and platform strategy.

Provide high-touch executive support to the Chief Product Officer, managing calendar, travel, expenses, and confidential communications. The Deal Desk Analyst will manage deal support, ensure accuracy in contracts, improve processes, and translate operational issues into solutions.

Lead Apollo.io's paid acquisition engine across paid search, social, TV, audio, OOH, and emerging channels. Manage an 8-figure media budget, lead and mentor channel specialists, build measurement and attribution (pixels, server-side/CAPI, MMM), run systematic testing across creative/audience/landing pages, own forecasting and reporting, and partner cross-functionally to drive scalable, efficient pipeline contribution.

Own in-product expansion surfaces that convert usage into revenue: team invites, admin upgrade flows, credit/plan upsells, sales hand-offs, and expansion reporting. Conduct customer research, prototype quickly (using AI tools), write specs, measure conversion and expansion metrics, and align cross-functional partners to drive monetization and growth.

Own acquisition, activation, engagement, and retention for Apollo's long-tail agency partners by building automated, segmented lifecycle programs. Use PartnerStack and Crossbeam to operationalize enrollment, tiering, and account-mapping, iterate on funnel metrics, and distribute partner-facing content at scale to drive partner-sourced pipeline and retention.

Lead AI-native product design for Apollo's Extension and Admin surfaces. Collaborate with PMs, engineers, and AI teams to prototype, test, and ship explainable, trustworthy LLM-driven experiences. Contribute to the design system in Figma, run user research and experiments, and ensure cross-surface consistency and high-quality execution.

Lead the vision and strategy for Deliverability & Connectivity at Apollo.io by managing messaging infrastructure, ensuring reliable execution, and enhancing customer trust within the GTM stack.

The Senior Content Marketer will develop and execute a content strategy aligned with business goals, creating engaging and educational content while collaborating with various teams to support revenue growth.

Lead and execute mixed-methods user research—usability tests, interviews, surveys, ethnography—synthesizing insights into actionable recommendations, personas, and journey maps. Collaborate with PMs, designers, and engineers, mentor junior researchers, and apply AI and prototyping to accelerate analysis and drive product improvements within a fast-paced, agile SaaS environment.

Lead product analytics to inform strategy and optimize user experience: translate business questions into analysis, build reliable analytics infrastructure, run A/B tests and ML/statistical analyses, track funnels and cohorts, support 0-to-1 product launches, and communicate actionable insights to cross-functional teams.

Own Salesforce architecture and GTM systems for Marketing, Sales, and Customer Success. Lead design and delivery of Apollo's enterprise control plane: permissions, roles, admin workflows, manager controls, territory and assignment, and governance. Define a standard permission model, admin and manager experiences, and instrumentation to support large-scale customers, improve security and reduce admin-driven friction, and enable enterprise adoption and expansion.

Lead and grow a remote Security Detection & Response team, build detection engineering and observability systems, drive telemetry onboarding, Panther and MITRE-aligned detections, Python automation, CI/CD workflows, and AI-assisted triage. Own incident response, investigations, cross-functional collaboration, and measurement of detection effectiveness.

Lead AppSec efforts across product, platform, and AI features by owning secure SDLC, performing threat modeling and deep code reviews, driving vulnerability management and remediation, building AppSec tooling and automations (including AI-assisted workflows), and enabling engineering teams with secure design guidance and training.
