Drive engineering best practices through code reviews, automation, documentation, and technical leadership while mentoring junior engineers. Leads Appian’s AI and Industry Solutions product portfolio, defining vision, strategy, and roadmaps while driving customer impact and business growth. Manages, mentors, and develops Product Managers; partners with Engineering, Design, Quality, customers, and stakeholders on investment decisions, product delivery, market analysis, and lifecycle optimization. The role requires enterprise software product leadership, technical collaboration, and experience delivering customer-centric products in SaaS, automation, workflow, or industry-specific markets.
