The Global Payroll Operations Partner manages international payroll, optimizes processes, ensures compliance, supports employee inquiries, and collaborates with finance and external partners.

Own end-to-end recruitment for commercial and some technical roles across multiple markets. Partner with hiring managers to define strategies, proactively source and build talent pipelines, leverage ATS and data to improve hiring outcomes, deliver excellent candidate experience, and support employer branding and recruitment automation initiatives.

As an Accountant, you will ensure financial accuracy, optimize accounting processes, and support audits while using modern ERP tools. You'll collaborate closely with the Team Lead Accounting and maintain compliance with German standards.
