The Field Service Engineer diagnoses complex issues in robotic systems, providing high-level solutions, ensuring customer satisfaction, and collaborating with internal teams for product improvements.

Serve as the depot-level technical expert for Apptronik's humanoid robots: perform advanced root-cause diagnostics on complex networking, software, and electro-mechanical failures; validate and certify repairs and refurbishments; escalate and translate findings to core engineering for design improvements; and monitor depot repair metrics to optimize fleet reliability and SLAs.

Lead system-level architecture, requirements, and V&V for Apollo's perception suite. Translate autonomy capabilities into verifiable requirements, run trade studies, define ICDs, manage system budgets, and ensure functional safety compliance while mentoring teams and aligning autonomy and hardware engineering.

Lead the simulation product vision and roadmap, define simulation environments for perception, autonomy, and navigation, prioritize realistic customer use cases, translate user research and data into requirements, and coordinate cross-functional execution to enable testing and adoption of robot fleet software.
