Arc Institute Benefits Overview

Serve as Arc Institute’s strategic legal advisor, leading legal strategy for collaborations, partnerships, governance, compliance, regulatory, risk, and institutional arrangements. Oversee agreements, negotiations, business development support, legal processes, outside counsel, and a small legal team including IP and licensing. Provide practical counsel to senior scientific and operational leaders while enabling responsible institutional growth.

Lead People Operations and compensation programs, drive AI-native and automated HR workflows, oversee onboarding/offboarding and benefits, manage PEO relationship, deliver compensation benchmarking and cyclical pay events, partner with hiring managers and recruiting, and establish operational excellence and service culture.

Provide high-visibility executive support to the Chief Science Officer and Chief Technology Officer: manage complex calendars, coordinate executive travel, plan and execute offsites and team events, partner on communications and pre-reads, own scoped projects to improve team operations, and handle confidential information with discretion. Work onsite at least three days weekly and support two distinct teams with competing priorities.
