Build scalable programs and teams for a rapidly growing international company, advise executives on talent strategy, and support expansion across jurisdictions.

As Corporate Counsel, you will handle corporate governance, strategic transactions, entity management, and legal operations while collaborating with cross-functional teams.

Lead the architecture, hydraulic design, documentation, integration, manufacturing readiness, controls coordination, and commissioning of liquid-cooling and mechanical distribution systems for modular AI data centers. Own P&IDs, calculations, equipment and valve schedules, interfaces, standards, and performance validation. Collaborate with thermal, electrical, controls, manufacturing, commissioning, supply chain, OEM, and field teams to create scalable, serviceable, repeatable systems for deployment across multiple sites.

Drafts and negotiates customer, procurement, vendor, reseller, partner, public-sector, hardware, and software agreements. Independently manages commercial deals, advises cross-functional teams on legal and regulatory risks, maintains contract templates and playbooks, supports international transactions and data issues, coordinates outside counsel, and maintains contract records and reporting in a CLM system.

Own the global sales organization’s operating cadence across forecasting, pipeline management, territory design, quota allocation, capacity planning, reporting, roster administration, and sales compensation. Partner with sales leadership, Finance, Deal Desk, RevOps, People, and Engineering to support GTM strategy, business-unit evolution, and scalable operating processes. Build analytical models, translate performance data into recommendations, administer compensation systems, and improve reporting through automation and AI tools.

Manages end-to-end operations for global conferences, experiential programs, executive engagements, and internal events. Owns planning documents, staffing, vendors, budgets, procurement, logistics, risk management, registration systems, data workflows, and on-site execution. Partners cross-functionally with marketing, sales, finance, legal, procurement, and executive teams to deliver consistent, measurable events across the Americas, EMEA, and APAC. Requires frequent international travel and availability during event cycles.

Owns end-to-end U.S. multi-state, international, and EOR payroll for more than 500 employees. Responsibilities include payroll processing, tax compliance, year-end filings, equity payroll, reconciliations, audits, controls, reporting, vendor management, and system automation. The role will build scalable payroll infrastructure, establish documentation and workflows, evaluate platforms, support expansion into new jurisdictions, and eventually hire and develop a payroll team.

Sources senior technical talent across software, hardware, product, AI, and G&A functions. Partners with recruiters and hiring managers to develop sourcing strategies, build diverse pipelines, engage passive candidates, analyze sourcing metrics, advise on talent markets, and improve recruiting processes using sourcing tools and AI-enabled technology. The role supports multiple searches in a remote, fast-paced environment while maintaining a strong candidate experience.

Coordinates high-volume recruiting activities for the GTM organization, including interview scheduling, candidate communications, hiring manager updates, ATS data maintenance, offers, background checks, and onboarding. Supports recruiting projects, process improvements, technology implementations, compliance, and People team initiatives. Serves as an escalation point, mentors junior coordinators, and contributes to training and system optimization.

The Finance Manager will oversee financial planning, investment strategy, and operational rigor, particularly focusing on R&D. They will partner with Engineering, Product, and leadership teams to analyze and forecast financial performance, support financial decision-making, and drive process improvements in budgeting and reporting.

Manage Starlink reseller orders from intake through fulfillment, coordinating provisioning, logistics, billing, and issue resolution. Serve as a day-to-day contact for reseller accounts, support onboarding and renewal readiness, monitor account health, and escalate risks. Collaborate with Sales, Supply Chain, Finance, Product, and Support teams; maintain CRM and order records; improve processes and documentation; and report on order volumes, fulfillment timelines, account activity, and reseller satisfaction.

The Senior Deployment Engineer leads the deployment and operational readiness of modular data centers, coordinating technical resolution across various systems and ensuring adherence to safety standards.

Lead commercial origination and conversion of GPU compute demand for Armadas AI factory and Leviathan deployments. Build qualified pipelines, match customer requirements to sites and configurations, structure offtake and reservation deals, manage strategic accounts, and feed market intelligence into capacity planning and go-to-market decisions. Collaborate with legal, finance, product, and infrastructure teams to turn demand into committed capacity.

The Senior Mission Success Engineer leads deployment and technical success for federal programs, ensuring compliance with FedRAMP and security requirements while building relationships with government stakeholders and mentoring junior engineers.

Lead product strategy for Armada's federal and defense-facing edge compute solutions. Work directly with DoD, IC, and federal customers to translate mission requirements into product requirements, prioritize capability gaps across hardware, platform, monitoring, and ISV layers, and drive delivery with engineering, security, and field teams while ensuring compliance with classified, zero-trust, and government standards.
