Own and execute strategy and roadmap for the voice pipeline (ASR, TTS, streaming, latency, evals, model bets), manage vendor relationships and telephony integrations, prioritize features with customer-facing teams, define metrics and telemetry, and deliver measurable outcomes across voice experiences in enterprise contact centers.

Lead the design and implementation of scalable AI systems focusing on large language models and speech technologies, while providing technical leadership and mentoring.
