Supports attorneys through all stages of complex litigation, including case management, court filings, discovery, document review, trial and appellate preparation, legal research, cite-checking, client interviews, investigations, and deadline management. The role also maintains case records, coordinates interpreters, supports reporting and administrative tasks, and provides trauma-informed assistance to immigrant and underserved communities. Senior-level work requires leadership, independence, and occasional evening or weekend availability.

Leads the Workers’ Rights Program, managing attorneys and support staff while setting strategy for impact litigation, direct legal services, policy advocacy, and worker organizing. Builds partnerships with worker centers, community organizations, coalitions, government officials, and funders. Oversees program hiring, supervision, budgeting, fundraising support, community engagement, and long-term advocacy addressing immigrant and low-wage workers’ rights.

Manages legal and case data quality, reporting, dashboards, legal systems, software subscriptions, and administrative workflows. Oversees government grant compliance, reporting, procurement, renewals, deadlines, audits, and documentation. Partners with legal, finance, development, and program teams to reconcile data, budgets, deliverables, and outcomes. Provides training and user support for case management systems while maintaining audit-ready records and communicating with government funders.
