Senior Java Developer responsible for implementing enhancements and upgrades (JDK 1.5), refactoring code to use generics and autoboxing, updating caching, reporting and contact server customizations, improving security/encryption, UI and content server development, using Eclipse and Mercury TestDirector, estimating and planning work, and coordinating with offshore teams and network/logistics for hardware and OS upgrades.

Designs and automates infrastructure and deployment processes for large, multi-tenant systems. Partners with delivery, support, and sales to build reusable IaC and configuration management components, consults on deployments, and supports professional services. Provides feedback to platform and product teams and travels to client sites to implement and troubleshoot deployments.

Lead end-to-end enterprise IT services sales for US East Coast accounts. Build pipeline, present service offerings, manage complex sales cycles, coordinate delivery and support, achieve revenue and profitability targets, and maintain high customer satisfaction. Retail industry experience and knowledge of Oracle/JDA retail services is a plus.
