The role leads multi-asset factor risk model development and maintains investment dashboards, reports, and analytical tools while collaborating with portfolio managers to improve systematic investment decisions.

Leads AssetMark’s advisor marketing strategy, team, roadmap, campaigns, content, educational programs, thought leadership, surveys, lead generation, and AI-related initiatives. Oversees a white-label advisor marketing program, evaluates marketing technology vendors, manages cross-functional partnerships, and measures engagement, adoption, leads, ROI, and business growth. The role manages two direct reports and requires strong financial services marketing, advisor engagement, program management, communication, and analytics expertise.

Serves as a senior legal advisor on commercial contracts, technology transactions, data licensing, employment matters, corporate initiatives, and risk management. Negotiates complex agreements, advises business and People and Culture leaders on legal issues, supervises paralegals, and develops legal processes, templates, and policies. Partners with Legal, Compliance, Risk, Information Security, and business teams while managing multiple matters and providing practical, business-oriented counsel.

Administer monthly and quarterly revenue collection, billing, fee reconciliation, partner payments, billing maintenance, quality control, negotiated fee agreements, and revenue analysis. The role reviews transactions and account setup, improves billing procedures, resolves process gaps, and collaborates across business units. It requires strong Excel skills, analytical problem-solving, attention to detail, and at least three years of financial services or billing experience.

Manage a portfolio of financial advisor-facing programs from development and launch through measurement and continuous improvement. Partner cross-functionally with leadership, Marketing, consultants, advisors, and external vendors. Gather feedback, conduct research and surveys, manage communications, track KPIs and ROI, prepare reports, and use insights to improve programs. The role requires strong relationship-building, organization, communication, analytical, and independent problem-solving skills.

Lead and grow a multi-squad frontend team focused on enrollment and servicing UIs. Combine hands-on (~40%) coding with people development, product partnership, design system and frontend architecture ownership, and delivery of a high-impact commercial roadmap. Help build a Global Capability Center in Hyderabad and maintain high standards for performance, accessibility, and UX.
