Architect and optimize distributed encoding and decoding pipelines across CPU and GPU platforms. Develop high-throughput, resource-efficient data processing systems, applying systems programming, parallel computing, concurrency, memory management, and hardware optimization. Lead design, development, and optimization of electrochemical CMOS sensors and workflows. Develop acid-generation solutions from CMOS electrodes, run advanced electrochemical characterization, analyze data for sensor optimization, communicate results to stakeholders, and mentor junior scientists in cross-functional teams.

Hands-on, bench-intensive role to design and run high-throughput experiments characterizing electrochemical reactions at micro-electrode interfaces, develop electrochemical methodologies for high-density arrays, implement surface passivation to prevent fouling, collaborate with protein biochemists, microfluidics and CMOS engineers, and document and present R&D findings to technical leadership.

Lead accounting function for a high-growth startup: manage GL/AP/AR/payroll, month-end close, GAAP-compliant financial statements, internal controls, cash forecasting, audits, accounting systems, financial modeling, cross-functional costing, and board/investor reporting.
