Responsibilities include field sampling, equipment operation, regulatory compliance, remediation oversight, data analysis, technical report preparation and review, client communication, budgeting, invoicing, personnel management, and worker safety training. The role requires frequent fieldwork, supervision of project teams, and travel throughout Northern and Central California.

Leads complex proposals for environmental and infrastructure consulting opportunities, coordinating technical teams, executives, business development leaders, partners, and subcontractors. Develops pursuit strategies, win themes, and persuasive content; manages reviews, compliance, branding, reusable content libraries, and quality assurance. Mentors proposal professionals, improves processes and tools, conducts market research, manages executive and partner relationships, and facilitates post-submission debriefs.

Lead regional business development for Atlass South-Central Infrastructure division (TN, AL, LA), driving sales strategy, pipeline growth, key account management, capture planning, pursuits, market intelligence, KPIs, CRM tracking, events, and strategic hiring to expand a $30M book of business.
