Manage a book of ~40 mid-market accounts to drive new sales and expansion. Own quota ($2-4M), lead cross-functional deal teams, build executive relationships, qualify and close complex multi-threaded SaaS deals using outcome-based selling (MEDDPICC), forecast pipeline, price and negotiate contracts, collaborate with channel/marketing/product/customer success, and occasionally travel for customer meetings and team events.

Design and build APIs and microservices, architect and scale distributed systems, and own projects from technical design through launch and maintenance. Implement monitoring, telemetry, and CI/CD pipelines, lead code quality and reviews, collaborate across teams, and mentor junior engineers.

The Senior Solutions Engineer partners with account teams to solve enterprise customer problems, deliver product expertise, and lead value-based demonstrations to drive sales success.
