The role requires broadcast engineering experience, transmitter and antenna expertise, networking knowledge, digital audio and streaming experience, and a valid driver’s license.

Reports, researches, writes, records, edits, and delivers live and recorded traffic, weather, and news content for radio and digital platforms. Conducts interviews, creates social media content, performs sponsor reads, supports station appearances, and collaborates with newsroom staff under tight deadlines. Requires flexible scheduling, strong broadcast presentation, computer literacy, and willingness to join SAG-AFTRA.

Generate new business and manage the full sales cycle for digital marketing solutions, from prospecting and pipeline development through closing. Advise local, regional, and national advertisers on programmatic, search, social, video, audio, and audience-targeting strategies. Build trusted client relationships, present customized solutions, use campaign performance metrics to demonstrate ROI, exceed revenue goals, and maintain a competitive, data-driven approach.
