Build August Health's RevOps function: own HubSpot/CRM administration, pipeline forecasting and analytics, sales compensation design and administration, GTM tech stack evaluation, sales processes and playbooks, cross-functional revenue data hygiene, and reporting to sales leadership.

Lead product enablement by building scalable onboarding and ongoing education for Product, Customer Experience, Sales, and Support. Design and deliver live and self-service learning (workshops, videos, guides, knowledge checks), define enablement metrics, optimize knowledge systems, and accelerate new-hire ramp and product launch readiness.

Analyze customer and caregiver data to identify workflow improvements, build dashboards and visualizations, support Customer Success with QBRs and presentations, translate findings into actionable recommendations, and create scalable data processes while advising Product and Engineering.

Build and ship complex consumer-facing full stack applications. Work on React/TypeScript frontends (offline PWAs using IndexedDB/DexieJS and Workbox) and Scala/Play backends with PostgreSQL. Deploy on AWS via Kubernetes. Mentor engineers, collaborate in product-focused cycles, and thrive in a fast-moving startup environment.

Design, build, and ship LLM-powered features end-to-end for an EHR platform. Build evaluation, observability, and reliability for AI workflows, handle PHI safely, enable other product teams via tooling and patterns, and pair on implementation from prototype to production while enforcing responsible AI practices.
