Hands-on System Administrator responsible for provisioning, securing, and maintaining macOS, Windows, mobile endpoints and cloud/on-prem infrastructure. Manage MDM (Jamf/Intune), Azure, GCP, Okta, VMware environments, Active Directory, networking (VPN, Wi‑Fi, firewalls), backups, software packaging/deployment, and documentation while providing escalated end-user support in a security-first hybrid workplace.

Own and optimize the content engine end-to-end: website ownership, editorial calendar, SME orchestration, asset production and repurposing, SEO/AEO/GEO optimization, conversion and A/B testing, team management, and reporting content contribution to pipeline.
