Lead and scale Automatiq’s offshore B2C support operation for secondary ticketing. Manage the BPO partner, staffing, training, workflows, escalation paths, service levels, quality, and multichannel consumer support. Oversee high-stakes event-day issues, establish performance metrics and reporting, protect the brand experience, and continuously improve operations as volume grows.

Analyze market and live data to set dynamic ticket prices using Uptick, build strategic pricing recommendations, communicate with clients about strategy and performance, and collaborate with BI and engineering to improve product performance.

Manage client onboarding, deliver demos and migrations, provide high-level support and troubleshooting, track feature requests and CRM data, build relationships to drive upsell/cross-sell, prevent churn, and coordinate with sales, support, and leadership.
