Set up and remove traffic control devices, direct vehicle flow with stop/slow paddle, monitor job-site safety, communicate with crew, perform physical outdoor work (8–12 hour shifts), and follow safety procedures. Paid training and certification provided; overtime and advancement opportunities available.

Sell the companys services, rentals, and products to new and existing customers in assigned territory. Build pipelines, conduct site visits and cold calls, produce quotes and forecasts, collaborate with Operations and billing to ensure project delivery, attend industry events, and travel regularly (about 50%). Meet sales/margin targets and promote safety and customer satisfaction.
