Architects and leads distributed backend systems for a multi-tenant lending platform. Leads platform engineering and DevOps strategy for a regulated lending platform. Responsibilities include cloud architecture, Kubernetes and infrastructure-as-code, CI/CD, identity and security, compliance, reliability, incident management, developer tooling, and AI/ML infrastructure. This senior individual contributor mentors engineers, shapes technical roadmaps, drives GitOps and self-service platforms, and supports model serving, observability, and AI-assisted engineering practices.

Build and maintain cloud infrastructure, CI/CD pipelines, Kubernetes platforms, security controls, observability, and developer tooling for a regulated lending platform. Support infrastructure-as-code, GitOps, incident response, reliability, compliance, and cloud operations across AWS, Azure, and GCP. Integrate AI-assisted engineering tools and support ML/AI workloads, including model serving and inference monitoring. Mentor junior engineers and contribute to platform architecture and technical roadmaps.
