The role collaborates with purchasing, production, clients, and external contacts; performs sales follow-ups, evaluates customer feedback, and assists with program awareness activities.

Manage end-to-end international shipments: prepare export documentation, track shipments, ensure import/export compliance and labeling, coordinate carriers and freight forwarders, handle customs clearance and brokers, maintain HTS classifications, resolve transportation issues, and liaise with warehouses, suppliers, and project managers.
