Generate leads and sell alarm system alterations, additions, upgrades, conversions, rate increases, and renewals. Manage and retain customer accounts by proactively addressing satisfaction, resolving discrepancies, answering questions, and contacting discontinuing customers to preserve or establish accounts with new tenants or owners. The role also requires administrative support, independent problem-solving, follow-up, driving, and customer service.

Supports the sales team by researching and qualifying residential and commercial security prospects, building and maintaining accurate CRM lead lists, segmenting accounts, monitoring engagement, identifying high-potential opportunities, and reporting on prospecting performance. The role also collaborates with sales managers to refine targeting and tracks competitor and market activity. Requires strong data management, research, organization, communication, and CRM skills.
