Provides technical, product, and administrative support for corporate, small business, and personal online banking and treasury management clients. Manages user access, authorization documentation, compliance reviews, transaction limits, and support for ACH, wires, Positive Pay, Remote Deposit Capture, and related systems. Communicates technical concepts clearly, maintains records, completes clerical tasks, and ensures adherence to banking regulations and internal controls.

Supervises treasury and client services operations, including product implementation, onboarding, deposits, electronic banking, fee administration, and ongoing client support. Leads staff, coordinates with relationship management and banking teams, supports treasury sales, assesses client needs, and resolves service issues. Monitors performance, risk controls, regulatory compliance, audit requirements, and process improvements while contributing to product development, revenue growth, and client relationship management.

Advises business clients and relationship teams on treasury management solutions, including payments, deposits, online banking, and fraud prevention. Conducts consultative sales, analyzes account structures and pricing, supports onboarding and implementation, identifies expansion opportunities, and helps resolve service issues. Tracks pipeline activity, delivers presentations, and ensures solutions meet compliance, risk, and internal control requirements.
