Berkeley Repertory Theatre Benefits Overview

Lead Berkeley Rep's fundraising strategy and manage all contributed income. Oversee a portfolio of 75–100 major donors, drive completion of a $60M campaign, supervise grants and development operations (Tessitura), mentor an eight-person team, partner with executive leadership and the board, steward donors, manage budget/reporting, and advance equitable fundraising practices. Occasional travel and evening/weekend work required.

Provide welcoming, accessible, and safe guest service at Berkeley Rep venues. Greet and assist patrons, scan tickets, manage seating and accessibility accommodations, maintain public areas, enforce conduct and safety procedures, handle lost & found, communicate with team, and participate in trainings and AEDIA initiatives. In-person, show-dependent evenings and holiday shifts required.

The Wardrobe Supervisor oversees wardrobe and makeup crew, manages costume care and maintenance, organizes schedules, and ensures adherence to safety and equity standards.
