Consulting
Support state government finance clients through ERP project management and independent verification and validation. Responsibilities include reviewing requirements and deliverables, assessing compliance, reporting findings, managing schedules and risks, preparing executive communications, facilitating meetings, and leading consultants. The role requires public-sector ERP finance experience, Oracle Fusion Cloud Finance expertise, requirements traceability, and user acceptance testing experience. The initial project is full-time in Jefferson City, Missouri, with future travel up to 50%.
Consulting
Plans, coordinates, and executes user acceptance testing for Medicaid system enhancements, defect fixes, and releases. Develops test plans, scenarios, scripts, acceptance criteria, and validation evidence; manages test data, defects, retesting, and reporting using Jira and SharePoint. Coordinates with business, technical, vendor, training, policy, and project teams to support release readiness, go-live decisions, production validation, and post-implementation follow-up.
Consulting
Leads consulting engagements for local governments implementing permitting and land management systems. Manages project scope, schedules, budgets, teams, requirements analysis, system assessments, procurement, RFPs, vendor evaluations, implementations, quality assurance, governance, and stakeholder communications. Supports business development through proposals, conferences, industry participation, and client meetings. Requires substantial local government permitting experience, public-sector consulting or vendor experience, and up to 30% travel.
