Lead and collaborate with animal shelter teams across the U.S. to implement strategies aimed at saving more animal lives. Manage change hands-on, foster stronger systems, and advocate for improved shelter programs while maintaining a significant travel schedule.

Serve as HR liaison for managers and employees to drive culture, inclusion, onboarding/offboarding, and engagement. Independently manage employee relations and investigations, coach managers, provide crisis support, track portfolio metrics, and recommend improvements to strengthen team health and P&C programs.

Provide coaching, training, and hands-on lifesaving support to partner animal shelters to help them achieve no-kill status. Develop and implement shelter programs, deliver in-person and virtual trainings, maintain data and reporting, build stakeholder relationships, and travel regularly to support shelter operations and volunteer/staff mentorship.
