Owns the tax reporting product lifecycle, including regulatory analysis, product requirements, roadmap development, agile delivery, testing, and annual tax-season execution. The role requires expertise in cost basis, IRS information reporting, withholding, FATCA, and securities taxation. It also involves client engagement, change-request management, cross-functional coordination, and support for compliant filings across multiple jurisdictions and reporting forms.

Coordinates technology infrastructure projects and operational activities across Infrastructure, Service Desk, Engineering, Product, and business teams. Tracks milestones, dependencies, risks, resources, and deliverables; prepares project documentation and status reporting; facilitates stakeholder communication; supports issue resolution, compliance, service delivery, and process improvement. The role helps align infrastructure initiatives with organizational priorities in a regulated financial technology environment.

Supports daily multi-asset trade operations, FIX connectivity, client onboarding, certification, testing, regulatory reporting, and issue resolution. Troubleshoots order and execution flows across applications, networks, Linux environments, and external systems. Monitors sessions, reviews logs, investigates latency and routing issues, supports circuit migrations and failovers, and coordinates incident resolution. Serves as a client contact while documenting issues, following up on root causes, and escalating complex matters. Mainframe and TSO/ISPF familiarity are preferred.
