Lead a team of up to 10 developers while managing project planning, timelines, resource allocation, stakeholder communication, and delivery. The role involves removing roadblocks, maintaining code quality and scalability, supporting team development, and ensuring projects meet client expectations. Candidates should have software development experience, strong leadership and communication skills, and familiarity with Agile and Scrum methodologies.
