As a Data Engineer, you will design and maintain data pipelines, support DoD systems, and ensure data quality and compliance.

Provide Tier 1 helpdesk triage and support for DAI/Oracle Financials, develop training and communication materials, produce bi-weekly metrics and monthly reports, escalate complex issues, and support user adoption and reporting needs.

Support OneStream implementation for GTAS by defining functional requirements, translating Treasury reporting rules into business rules, validating GTAS outputs, coordinating mappings and reconciliations, and supporting testing, deployment, and stabilization to ensure accurate, compliant Treasury submissions.

Support OneStream implementation by designing, mapping, validating, and testing financial and federal reports. Translate stakeholder needs into functional specs, validate mappings and metadata, perform report testing and reconciliations, support UAT and cutover, document report inventories and test evidence, identify data quality and mapping issues, and assist post-go-live stabilization and handoff to sustainment teams.

Manage and supervise remote helpdesk personnel supporting DAI financial/Oracle ERP users for DoD customers. Coordinate staffing, training, scheduling, and liaise with government leads to ensure effective support coverage and system integration.

Support OneStream implementation by defining, validating, testing, and stabilizing data flows and interfaces. Perform source-to-target validation, 3-way reconciliation, troubleshoot load failures, support SIT/UAT and cutover, maintain interface documentation, and assist post-go-live stabilization for ERP feeds, GTAS, Advana, and other integrations.

Design, configure, develop, test, and support OneStream application components for federal financial management. Build business rules, workflows, integrations, reporting, and consolidation logic. Support data loads, testing (SIT/UAT), defect remediation, deployments, and post-go-live stabilization while documenting technical designs and collaborating with functional, data, testing, PMO, and client teams.

Support the lead PM for a OneStream implementation by maintaining PMO artifacts, tracking RAID items and dependencies, preparing status reports and dashboards, coordinating cross‑workstream inputs, scheduling and documenting meetings, and supporting readiness for testing, training, deployment, and certification within a formal federal governance environment.

Maintain and validate trading partner data for intragovernmental accounting and eliminations during a OneStream implementation. Coordinate with finance, data, and technical teams to ensure standardized mappings, support UAT, investigate data issues, and document setup rules and procedures for reconciliations, reporting, and post-go-live sustainment.

Develop and maintain Java applications for DoD systems, focusing on backend services, REST APIs, and microservices, while ensuring security and performance.

Lead technical design, configuration, and integration of Oracle Projects and G-Invoicing within the Department of Education's Oracle EBS on AWS GovCloud. Establish solution baseline, author design and interface documents, design resilient interfaces, manage release workflow (Jira/Bitbucket), lead system integration testing, and execute production deployment and compliance evidence.

Lead requirements analysis, business process mapping, and functional design to configure Oracle Projects and G-Invoicing for the Department of Education. Translate reimbursable and project-accounting processes into Oracle configuration, own fit-gap analysis, produce functional design and process documentation, lead UAT and training for ~50 users, and maintain requirements traceability through deployment.

Serve as the accounting authority for a Department of Education Oracle Projects and Treasury G-Invoicing implementation: validate accounting design, ensure transactions reconcile to the General Ledger, design reconciliation and close controls, lead conversion validation, support user acceptance testing, and provide end-user training and financial acceptance at cutover.

The role involves advising on DoD financial system modernization, supporting legacy system retirement, ensuring compliance, and collaborating with stakeholders on transformation initiatives.

Serve as the central PMO liaison for a OneStream implementation, coordinating between implementation teams and federal stakeholders to manage decisions, dependencies, action items, testing, deployment, governance, and status reporting to keep project milestones on track.

The role involves developing intelligent automation solutions across multiple platforms, coordinating project efforts, analyzing business processes, and delivering client-ready documentation.

Support DoD financial management and audit remediation by analyzing processes, reconciling FBwT and general ledger, closing NFR/CAPs, testing internal controls, developing SOPs and documentation, and using Advana for financial research and PP&E audit support.

Provide hands-on financial management and analysis for the Space Force OCFO ESAG portfolio: execute DEAMS accounting transactions, support reimbursable order-to-cash, budget formulation, forecasting, performance tracking, reporting, reconciliation, audit support, and ensure DoD compliance using DEAMS, FMSuite, ADVANA, Excel, and SharePoint.
