Provides Tier 1/2 support across office, field, jobsite, and remote environments. Manages endpoints, Microsoft 365, Intune, Entra ID, IT assets, onboarding/offboarding, Zoom Rooms, business applications, and documentation. Coordinates technology projects and software implementations, supports AI tool adoption, troubleshoots hardware and connectivity issues, and recommends process improvements while delivering secure, service-oriented IT solutions.

Executive leader responsible for building and managing Blach Construction’s enterprise risk function. Oversees safety, captive and commercial insurance, surety and bonding, subcontractor prequalification, contracts, project compliance, claims, legal disputes, and regulatory matters. Advises the President and leadership team on risk, project pursuits, contract strategy, and growth decisions. Leads brokers, carriers, sureties, counsel, project teams, and the risk organization while managing California public works compliance and construction-related exposures.
