Build end-to-end product features with a backend emphasis: design databases, develop backend services and APIs, own infrastructure (CI/CD, monitoring, deployments), optimize performance, troubleshoot production incidents, and maintain automated tests to ensure reliability and scalability.

Design and implement multi-agent AI systems for marketing compliance workflows. Build production ML pipelines involving model fine-tuning, prompt engineering, retrieval-augmented generation, evaluation, monitoring, explainability, and feedback-driven personalization. Translate compliance rules into agent logic, ensure auditability across customer deployments, and collaborate with engineering, product, implementation, and compliance teams to deliver reliable AI features.

Own end-to-end product execution for Blee’s enterprise AI marketing content compliance platform. Responsibilities include customer discovery, requirements writing, backlog and sprint management, bug triage, platform capability development, feature launches, adoption tracking, and roadmap prioritization. The role partners closely with engineering, customers, Sales, Customer Success, Legal Engineering, and enterprise legal, compliance, marketing, and operations stakeholders.
